Who is Lighting Supply Guy?
Lighting Supply Guy offers a full-line of lighting supplies including lamps, ballasts, poles (walkway and parking lot), pole base covers, light fixtures for poles, wall and area light fixtures, base covers for solar canopy structures, energy efficient lamps and light fixtures (LED, Induction and Compact Fluorescent).
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders typically take 1-2 weeks before delivery. In some dimensions we may have stock and can ship overnight. Custom order can take 3-4 weeks. After you place your order you will be contacted by email to confirm your order has been received.

Can custom paint colors be ordered?
Yes. You will need to send us a paint swatch or manufacturer color code by email to: firstname.lastname@example.org
Custom paint orders cost extra and a quote will be provided prior to finalizing your order.
Is there a Return Policy on Base Covers?
Base covers that are non-custom dimensions can be be returned. We require you contact us withing 20 business days after receiving your base covers to notify us of your return request. Products must be in new condition and customer will pay a 15% restocking fee and the cost for shipping the order back to Irvine, CA. The refund (less 15%) will be provided within 10 days of receipt of the return and the base covers can be inspected for damage.
Is there a Return Policy on the other lighting supplies (lamps and fixtures)?
Returns on lighting products (lamps and fixtures) are only allowed on products that are defective. Defective products will be refunded in-full and Lighting Supply Guy will pay the shipping costs for the defective items.
The refund will be provided within 10 days of the return and after an inspection of the product's defect.
